These pieces of jewelry were handmade special for you. There are no returns/ exchanges unless your package was lost in the mail or damaged in the mail.

Returns/Exchanges
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges 24 hours after purchase. (unless your jewelry was damaged, then we can remake your piece) When you purchase your piece, your jewelry for your piece is ordered 24 hours after purchase. Therefore you will have 24 hours to cancel your order.
