Shipping policy

Sending Inclusions:

When sending your inclusions, The Simple Olive is not responsible for lost mail. (Please do not send your last drop of breastmilk or entire umbilical cord rarely mail gets lost but I can happen) 

Shipping:

When we are shipping your jewelry to you there will always be a tracking number! (Ask us for it if you would like it, it is also included in an email you received) If you do not receive your package after 1 month we consider it “lost” and we will re make your piece for you.
